Lots of stuff about Windows 8.1 you may not know

Summary for those of us who are at work and can't watch a video?

1) shows you that you can have up to 4 start screen metro apps open at the same time, (ie. Cam, Weather, Skype, ETC)

2) Shows you that you can make groups for each App Group and namme the group

3) The ability to have a cloud slideshow on your lock screen

4) the ability to click on the All apps Icon in Metro to see all your apps (wow, how convenient) :whiste:

5) how to boot straight to desktop

6) you can now have your desktop wallpapers are the background for the Metro screen

7) how you can resize the metro icons size (wow :whiste🙂

I knew about this feature in Win8 and loved it but what I didn't know was with Win8.1 you could open up the taskbar properties and force windows to jump to this every time you clicked on the start button or hit the win key.

This is an awesome little bit that I was unfamiliar with in 8.1. I think the vid is worth watching if you are unfamiliar with Microsoft's new SP and want to learn some tip/tricks.
 
Poor reviewers getting bullied by orange arrows 🙁 Guess these are the same guys that got suck in a metro app in 8.0 and had to hard reset their computer.
