Do you mean the G0 Q6600? Aren't Q6600's already available in Canada? (I don't live there, just asking)

My expectation is that there will be more than enough Q6600's to go around, but maybe not enough G0's initially. Surely by mid-Sept the entire inventory of B3's will have worked there way out of the supply chain. Just guessing though.

Correct. They are available now but like most everyone, I'm waiting for the price drop in a few days.
