this is bad news my GF is addicted to this game, the expansion being free and all will only draw her deeper into the game. Well actually I'm glad it's free or else I'd be paying for it for her so hats off for free content

She's bitching right now how the game will be down for a few hours today "what will I do?" glad I never got into MMO's heheh.

Did not know Turbine was out of Massachusetts, east coast MMO servers.... I bet my latency would kick butt. I assume that their server farm is also in Massachusetts?

I like how they correctly assume that your monthly fee pays for new content rather than charging one extra. I just wish I could talk my friends into playing something other than WoW. Bored of that game and I have not played it since about 2 month after the expansion was released, heck even EQ2 would be a breath of fresh air. Otherwise I have to wait till warhammer online, which I know EA is going to screw that up.

I haven't bothered to play on the test server, but what I've heard is the UI are pretty sweet. Making many changes that it took WoW a couple years to implement. Mayb enot as nice as working on the class you play, but these will help everyones play experience so it sounds good for me.
