Lot of Errors in Event Log Win XP Pro

Of late I have been getting a lot of errors in the event log under "System". The source is supposed to be "SideBySide" and tis basically a repetition of 3 errors, some component was not found, etc, etc. I searched and the only article was a MS KB that said it occured on a Win2k3 server when connected through terminal. But mine is a XP machine.
 
Search MS's Knowldge Base for the words "SideBySide" and the Event ID. You'll find that the problem is a missing C++ library. It's a one-click fix.

The SideBySide errors show up each time the PC is booted. The fix is the same for both XP and Server 2003.
