I've recently started to watch this as well in HD on my tv (ROKU I LUB YOU!). Sometimes the sequence of events become too bizarre and seem made up to prolong the series. Also the flashbacks are annoying as hell to me. But overall very well done and a good show.

ZOMG this show is so damn addictive! It doesn't help that when they finally get around to answering 1 question, they bring up like 5 more!! and you just keep watching and watching waiting to find out wtf is going on!! I finished episode 20 of season 2 earlier today and that was real mindfuck at the end.

this shit is worse than crack ain't it?

i mean... i can't fathom quitting, too enjoyable. But they just keep you so strung out, really just teasing you. And you keep coming back, because you have this feeling that one of these times, you're gonna get a breakthrough and trip balls!
i mean... they'll answer the big ones one episode! yeah, that.

:D

yeah, you'll get through season 4, and wonder... okay i love this, but dammit I need a sense of closure to one of the million questions. Come on, just answer a couple, it'll feel so rewarding! And yep, they give you some big answers, or more appropriately, clues, to some of the big questions, but in the place is a fresh set of questions.

The writers are very cruel, but I love them for it. This show is my favorite show to ever grace television. And it's rather rewarding to just know that, well, something will come out of the upcoming final season.

I wouldn't mind a big budget movie to wrap up everything, kind of like Firefly/Serenity, except on a much larger scale due to the enormity of the Lost story.
Just so long as that movie doesn't pose a million new questions and they attempt to milk the franchise at the theaters. I'll kill someone if they leave me that strung out for that long.

easily.

this show is amazing. so in depth its insane. the amount of information and "extra" stuff to look at is crazy with the ARG etc.

thats not to say I haven't been very dissapointed at parts of the series, particularly the season 5 finale. It really pissed me off. It gave me some great moments though, and I still get goosebumps when watching some scenes, no matter how many times I've seen them. It will still go down as one of the greatest shows ever, no matter how it ends.

I don't think the ending will ever be able to live up to the hype of satisfy everyone. Its the journey that matters though. The sixth season will start with an incredible twist, whatever happens(I don't want to give away anything to the OP). There are a few possible scenarios, any of which will be crazy. Either way, I think with the jacob thing(again, not really a spoiler), I think the whole show has changed. The little things don't matter anymore. That being sad, the ride has been fun as hell. I'll never forget it.

Oh yes, the shots heard around the Island. That was a pure shell-shock moment for me. But it will be outdone over the next three episodes, then really outdone on an epic level during the first five minutes of Season 3 Episode 1.

Dammit, I can't wait for the final season.
