Lost Windows defrag ... I'm stupid

Ok, so I thought I would "optimize" my startup times but dumping a lot of the programs in my start up folder...including my accessories folder

Now I can't find defrag or even the calculator program that I admit to using occasionally....how can I add it back? *whine*

Windows XP Pro
 
Shortcut path for my Defrag shortcut is:
%SystemRoot%\System32\dfrg.msc


Calculator is in the same folder - calc.exe
