Lost WEP key! ack! What do I do?

OK, I don't think I lost it, I wrote it down actually. But, after I hit APPLY the router did not accept the password and I haven't been able to log on. How do I change it? I haven't tried hooking up straigth to the router via ethernet - would that work?

You didn't mention what router you have, but most of them have a Reset button of some kind so you can reset to Factory Defaults - this would be a good time to find out. 😉

Log to the Router with a Wired computer and start the process again.

Thanks guys! I would have experimented more but the router was in my sleeping roommates room at the time. Will hook it up via ethernet after work. Thanks!
