Alright, I just beat Via Domus (rented for $8 rather than spending $60 on this very short game) and think its ending deserves a thread.
Quick Review: I loved the presentation. It felt like LOST, and the way it was broken into episodes was a cool approach. That being said, it was very mediocre from a game play perspective. If I wasn't a huge LOST geek I would have probably quit in the middle of it. The graphics for the island/scenery are really good, but the character models were horrible. Also, if I had only played the game and never seen the show I would have to assume that only about 7 people survived the crash. There were no NPCs for any characters other than the main ones (Kate, Sawyer, Hurley, Jin, Sun, Loche and Jack). When on the beach it was kind of eery because there was generally no one around...But, I made my way through and have to say that overall I enjoyed the experience. As most other reviewers have said: for LOST geeks only.
The ending was pretty cool, but I don't know exactly what to make of it. You can watch it here if you haven't beaten it yet. How do you think this correlates with what is happening on the show? Did he change the past?
