Lost the ability to drag and drop? (Win2k)

Hi, im running win2k pro and i mysteriously lost the ability to drag and drop files. Weather it be to the recycle bin, folders, or other applications i cant drag and drop!?

Its been a while, and now its bugging me, anyone know how to solve this issue?

k i think ima just reformat if i ever have time. or ill just wait 2 months then build my new system.

I've never seen anything like that before. It's gotta be a corrupted DLL or something. Try doing a repair of Windows first.

I've seen it happen, but have no idea how to fix it.
