Lost textures in CoD 4

I've noticed on almost all maps, I lose textures randomly, cars will appear totally white, as will some ground. Also when I walk towards walls or ledges the bottom 3rd or so will become a jumbled pattern of tiny colored dots.
I wasn't having this issue previously, and it's current with patches. Any ideas why this happens?

Update video card drivers...

No idea really.

Is your video card overheating perhaps? Or is the fan dirty on it?

Sounds like your video card may be on it's way south.

But i would definitely uninstall and reinstall the latest Nvidia drivers first.

I was afraid of that. I'll check the cooling out and see what's going on.
