lost TA password (please help)

hi,

I haven't checked in to the TA site for a few months, and have since forgotten the password (none of my standard ones work). I clicked e-mail passowrd on the member profile page but haven't received any mails (this is also a bit of a problem; I've got 3 accounts which I regularly use).

Just wondering who should I turn to to get this resolved.
