Here's a spoiler: Tonights episode sucked balls. Save yourself the ONE hour. Yes, ONE hour. Advertised as TWO? Hell no. The first hour was a stupid ass recap of the last episode of last season.

Even less progress was made than a normal lost episode. Normally you get 3 new questions for every answer they give... tonight they gave nothing of anything.

It was never going to be a two hour episode. It's been on the TV schedule as 1 hour for the past 10 days. ABC advertised those "two hour events" for Lost during the last season and the season before that. It's nothing new to Lost watchers unless you've only seen the DVDs.

We know that 6 people leave the island eventually: Jack, Kate, and now Hurley. That's a pretty big piece of info.

I thought it was pretty interesting to know that only 6 came back.

Now we need to know if the six came back because they were the only ones that survived, or if it was a choice. I'm calling right now that one of the six was Aaron. YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST! :D

I forgot that Hurley referred to them as the Oceanic Six. Now it makes sense, as yea, not all were revealed.

I think the joke was that you said it was a pretty "BIG" piece of info.

I'm a big Lost fan and wasn't too impressed either.

Another part of the show, the Losties had to pick sides as to whom they would trust: Jack or Locke. All but Kate chose Locke. So it brings up the question how did people from both groups make it home (since we know Hurley picked Locke and Hurley made it home). Locke was against getting "rescued".

EDIT:

My guess is Ben was one of them since I think he is the one that died last season that Jack went to the funeral for and no one showed up.

Did anyone watch the show that came on afterwards?

They kept advertising something about Lost was gonna come on but I didn't catch it. Anyone know what it was all about?

You should have expected a huge slow down when they announced Lost would be extended to 7 seasons.

This is not clear at all. When the groups first split (there is a distance shot from about 20 feet up), there were more with jack/kate. But later on, its just jack/kate with the fuselage and the parachuted "are you jack?" guy. Maybe the rest of jack/kate's group was "camping" somewhere while jack/kate "investigate"? Im sure this was done to keep people guessing since jack/kate definitely make it off.

Also, near the end hurley tells jack that he should have stayed with him. What is the "big" secret all about?

Oh I completely support the idea that there is a major twist to these future flashes. I don't believe they are real at all, and are imagined by someone who really doesn't want to get off the island in the first place. My guess is Locke. :) He has the mind for this kind of thing.

I doubt the creators would want to air such bleak depictions of their future lives, 3 seasons before they escape. It doesn't make much sense. However, if the creators go all Prison Break on us and write in their escape pretty early, and they somehow get dragged back to the island.. I will be pissed.

Please use spoiler tags (but we dont have them :( ) or PMs if you *have* to tell some people because of their insistence.

Eli Stone. I was annoyed about the amount of commercials for this show during Lost, even though I was fast fowarding on DVR! Ended up watching it and liked it, added it to the record list. About a high powered lawyer who has visions he finds out are ther result of a anuerism. He decides to follow/enact the visions to better his life. I like the actor playing Eli Stone.

The Oceanic Six could be just the 6 Americans. What if some other survivors are from other countries?

I wish they would just stay on the island!

I meant, what happened that was specific to Lost/Oceanic?

They said they were going to show something but I didn't see it.

What was that "something"?
