It was never going to be a two hour episode. It's been on the TV schedule as 1 hour for the past 10 days. ABC advertised those "two hour events" for Lost during the last season and the season before that. It's nothing new to Lost watchers unless you've only seen the DVDs.
We know that 6 people leave the island eventually: Jack, Kate, and now Hurley. That's a pretty big piece of info.

Did anyone watch the show that came on afterwards?
They kept advertising something about Lost was gonna come on but I didn't catch it. Anyone know what it was all about?

I'm a big Lost fan and wasn't too impressed either.
Another part of the show, the Losties had to pick sides as to whom they would trust: Jack or Locke. All but Kate chose Locke. So it brings up the question how did people from both groups make it home (since we know Hurley picked Locke and Hurley made it home). Locke was against getting "rescued".
EDIT:
My guess is Ben was one of them since I think he is the one that died last season that Jack went to the funeral for and no one showed up.

Eli Stone. I was annoyed about the amount of commercials for this show during Lost, even though I was fast fowarding on DVR! Ended up watching it and liked it, added it to the record list. About a high powered lawyer who has visions he finds out are ther result of a anuerism. He decides to follow/enact the visions to better his life. I like the actor playing Eli Stone.
The Oceanic Six could be just the 6 Americans. What if some other survivors are from other countries?
I wish they would just stay on the island!
