Just buy it again at the retail store, or try finding a used copy on eBay.

Well if you really have a valid cd-key just download a copy from the internet, you know a torrent or something, it'll still be illegal but it won't it be immoral and would be much more convenient for you.

Don't use a torrent regardless. Try and fix this the appropriate way (which you are already doing). If you can't get them to send you a free CD, then maybe you need to suck it up and buy a $10 copy off of gogamer.com...after all, it's not like it's GSC's fault that YOU lost your disc...

if you have a key, torrenting is just like getting your disc back, just make sure you don't get a torrent that includes a crack or an anything.

CDs today are just data that can't be used with a valid CD key, so in reality, the discs themselves are worthless from the Dev's perspective. They could give the disc's out and as long as no one used cracked keys then they wouldn't lose a cent.

I agree. I see nothing wrong with downloading the disc image if you have a valid key. Too bad publishers won't provide Torrents of their games without cracks just for this kind of scenario.

I think you can buy it new for $20 now. Otherwise, you can contact the developer or justify other "means" with the fact that you bought it already.

Definitely did so. If not, I will try your solution, Golgatha, which I appreciate. Other wise, ill just download it via torrent.
