Lost Recycle Bin

Somehow my Recycle Bin is no longer on my desktop and searching for it preuces no result. How can I get it back?

Surely it can't disappear completely. A search for mine only produces a hit on a shortcut I have placing it in a toolbar.

Assuming you are running XP, I suppose you could go into Powertoys for Windows XP and then TweakUI for Windows XP and then select Desktop and put a check in the box by Recycle Bin. This also assumes you have Powertoys.

There must be an easier way.
