lost rebate

hey guys, i bought my power supply a month ago from tigerdirect with a 30 dollar rebate. i think i bought it on the 30th. anyway, i got like 4 days till it runs out. theres one more problem. i threw out my box with the upc on it. IS THERE ANY WAY TO FILL OUT THE REBATE WITHOUT THE UPC?! please help

P.S. it was a ultra x-connect 500 watt

yeah you just need a photocopy of the upc from the box...

thats the problem i dnt have the box i only have the internal box with all the cables but it doesnt have the upc on it.....
