Lost RC5 WU's after clean install

HI, i ghosted my hard drive back to a clean install of windows and all my apps the other day, but i forgot to backup one thing - my rc5 buffers. DOH 😛
I lost about 2500 WU's 🙁
My question is, what happens to them, will the DN system just send them out to someone again if they havent been submitted after a certain time ?
 
Ouch. I lost 1K this week when I was sneakernetting some blocks. I stopped the client, flushed the out buffer (thought I flushed, it got a bad connection and didn't) then copied the new out buff over the old one.
Didn't realize until I tried flushing the 2nd buffer that there was a communication problem with the proxy.
