LOST: question

has anyone figured out why that punk kid burned his father's raft?

he's definately my least character on the show....didn't even own up to what he did :|

Kid was sick of moving around, he was starting to like the island/being in one place.

i don't believe he ever found out. however, by the end of the season the kid wanted to leave since he was sensing evil or something on the island.

the dad did find out, the kid told him in one of hte last episodes of the season. His father understood why and they strenghened their father-son relationship, and the kid got on-board with his dad's ideas.

Better get used to seeing hte kid, he's gonna be central to the plot next season. If you don't know what I mean, you will when you see the last ep
