lost password and email address

I have an account that I haven't accessed in a few years. I no longer remember the password, and the registered email address to the account is an old email address I don't have access to any longer.

I can't do the normal password reset because the reset email gets sent to the old email address.

original account is edge17

I've got a heatware account too, if that's helpful.
