Lost one of two computers on DSL

My sons computer lost his DSL connection.
Both computers were hooked up and working fine for more than a year.

Both computers running Win98, using PacBell DSL, Netgear router, Netgear hub.

I switched NICs and they both seem to work. Both connections from the hub seem to still work, it's just one computer that can't connect any more.

Any ideas?
