I'm looking for an Intel based motherboard that supports both 533 and 800 fsb. Has to do this has my 2.6gh P4 is 533 but I want options for future expansion. Also needs to support pc3200 ram. Other than that, I'm pretty flexible. There's just so many options out there, I've been reading all sorts of reviews, and still not sure which model to buy now. I'm also looking to keep the price under $100 and have no plans on overclocking.

I know Abit, Asus, and Intel boards are genearlly very good, but there are so many models. Any suggestions for a solid, stable board that meets these needs? Thanks.

You spent the dough to get a P4 @2.6 533 FSB, why limit your choice on the mobo based on price? If you don't plan on overclocking, stay away from the Abit MAX series. As for Asus (or any other manufacturer), go for any 865p board. They are relatively inexpensive and provide good performance.
