I'm upgrading in the near future, gonna wait and see what happens with intels new lines coming out. I have some ideas of what to get but i'm just not sure, I can't get every option as I really don't want to spend over 1200 on the system. I've got my 2 lineups, and if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

Choice 1
1. NZXT Zero Black/Silver Aluminum ATX Full Tower
2. EVGA 8800GTS 320MB KO ACS
3. Corsair 620W Modular PSU
4. G. Skill (2x1GB) PC2 6400 RAM
5. GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3
6. Intel C2D e6420
7. Zalman 9700 LED 110mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler
Total: $1,162.55

Choice 2
1. EVGA 8800GTS 320MB KO ACS
2. Corsair 620W Modular PSU
3. Western Digital Raptor WD1500ADFD 150GB 10,000 RPM
4. G. Skill (2x1GB) PC2 6400 RAM
5. GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3
6. Intel C2D e6420
7. ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro 92mm CPU Cooler
Total: $1,170.86

Bottom Line:
I have a mid tower case that im using atm; http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16811105113. If i go and get all this new hardware im not sure if the midtower is going to provide adequate cooling with the larger parts. I do plan on OCing the cpu to past 3.0ghz. Also, the hard drive, I'm using a WD 160GB 7200RPM which i can reuse in the next system. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

you can get an 8800gts 640 for only slightly more then the 320 and if you game at higher then 1600x1200 or plan on gaming at higher then 1600x1200 in the future its probably worth it. $1200 is a reasonable budget for a pretty high end build now, so you shouldn't have to much trouble. Also your current mid tower will probably be fine as long as you replace the psu and have add a good 120mm fan. A case with mutliple 120's would be better then two 80's and a 120 but you can get reasonable airflow with 80's (just with a lot more noise then 120's).
