Got home last night from a day of shopping, dinner, and a movie in Toronto when I noticed my wallet was missing. I'm amazed I didn't notice, but I was tired. I cancelled all the credit cards ASAP. I knew the last place I used it was at the theatre. I called them this morning. They have it. I called back with arrangements to have it couriered to my house 100km away. I'll have it delievered tonight.

I should count myself a lucky bastard.

you should have just froze the cards until you were sure the movie theater didn't find it. Then you wouldn't have to wait for new cards.

i was scared until i read the part where you found it. that story had it all - fear, anxiety, suspense, and fortunately - a resolute & happy ending.

I'm too lazy to drive there and back. I have no idea how much the courier will cost, but it's irrelevant. Replacing my certificate of Canadian citizenship (photo ID) is a MAJOR pain in the arse.

HAHAHA.

No seriously, some people are confused, and the femal avatar isn't helping.

I thought I knew, but then so many people kept referring to you as a 'her' that I became unsure.

You're not THAT lucky. I'm sure it's not hard for an usher to spot a bright pink wallet that says "Princess" in silver jewels.

Haha. That does seem to be the fad. I gues now that syringer is missing, we need a new target, so tec699 and bridgen get picked on. :D

But the whole 'fahsion queen' schtick gets old fast, IMO. I guess it's the functionalist in me :p
