Lost my remote control codes please help

I have a memorex msd5000 dss receiver. Remote is same model # BTW. I have missplaced the manual and left the batteries out just a litle too long now I cant work my tv without using two remotes, and its driving me mad. If anyone out there has a manual or knows where to find this info. My tv is a JVC if you can supply the codes i need. Thanks.

Man KnightBreed, your making me look like a rookie. I swear I looked around that site for like 20 minutes before I gave up. Searched but only found crap on some remote control web site. Thanks though. I got an email to send requests for manuals to. VaNeleus OUT.
