Lost my printing options after formating

I've got an HP DeskJet 920C and after formatting I have lost my printing options. When I used to print a screen would pop up with all kinds of formatting options. The one i used most frequently was the double sided printing option. After formating i seem to just have the default HP drivers or something because I get a completely different screen when I try to print and the two-sided printing no longer works. Thanks guy if you know a way to fix it or get it the way i wanted.

Make sure you delete all the old drivers before you reinstall. Could also be a registry setting that
needs reset. Check the HP web site troubleshooting information.

Good luck

and ain't computers grand.

You didn't specify your OS, but let me give it a try.

Go to Start/ Settings/ printers. This should display the installed printers with a check mark on the default printer. Right click on each of the printers and select delete. Then install the manufacturer's driver. That should install your printer and select it as default.
