I had my last pentium board running a voicemail system. It went out a few days ago, and I finally got a chance to open it up today. 1 of the SIMMs melted. Had never actually seen memory fry (literally) before.Tried to remove the SIMMs from the motherboard. It left a piece welded and burnt to the board and end that came out isn't a whole lot better. The parallel cable that was nearby is blackened worse than a redfish a K Paul's. Interesting part is the motherboard was attempting to start and gave beep codes. I didn't have a clue until I opened it to see why. Took some pics with my phone will post them later...
