lost my facebook password...

I could of couple of issues with my facebook password the other day. So i went ahead and quickly changed it.

i forgot it of course, so i did the whole forget password option. They didn't email me the key. I did it a couple of times and gave up, thought maybe a delay in email. Checked all over gmail for it, nothing. I waited the next morning and did it again. No email and i gave it time.
Did it once more about 4 hours later and FINALLY got an email. I was happy, then i saw this...

"Your password could not be reset.
You have reached the limit of password reset attempts. If you are still having trouble accessing your account, please contact us for assistance."

The contact us link leads me to.." No longer in use
Unfortunately this contact form is no longer in use. For more information, please visit our Help Center."

The help center has nothing listed for this option.

Anyone know facebook's tech support email for this?

I found a email link for " login bugs" and emailed them there yesterday but not reply. I'm trying to figure out how to get back on somehow.
