Lost my account in the conversion

Hubby suggested I post here. I am unable to get my account to convert. I am able to look up the username by doing a community search and can see that it is my account info.

Account name: Kaelyn

I have retrieved my original registration email from my gmail archives and double checked to verify information but when I try to convert the account it says "invalid account information"

Please advise if this can be fixed.
