Lost my ability to overclock!

I have an ABIT NF7-S, Athlon 2100+ XP, 2*256 HyperX PC3000, Themaltake Volcano 9, Radeon 9500 modded to a 9700Pro, Win XP Pro. For the last 6 or 7 months I ran it at 194*11 @ 1.65 volts. Memory @ 6-2-2-2.0 Purred like a kitten. I bought some Kingston HyperX PC 3500 to upgrade and it just would not run near that fast (184*11 max). Rig temps are fine. I put the PC 3000 in a Barton rig and it ran at the same speeds the PC3500 ran. I switched back to the PC3000 and my rig WILL NOT oc 1 mhz! It just won't boot. Any ideas?
