Does anybody know where I can get replacement keys for the Thermaltake Tsunami VA3000BWA case? I can't seem to find mine and I can't get to the thermaltake website - did they go out of business?

Thanks for any help.

There might be a number on the front of the insert. It will be faint. I doubt they use more than six key types. Email them the number and they just might send you keys free. You might send some type of PoP with your email.
TT must be working on thier site, so calm down. ;)

You give them to much credit.

My bet is on 2-3.

If we have the same kind of key you can have one of mine. I'll never need more than one, don't they give you two?

Thanks guys. I'm not exactly in a panic since I can always pry the door open if i have to.
I'll keep checking their website to see if I can get through and thanks Calvin, for the offer, but I think the keys are real keys so yours probably wouldn't match my lock (and yes I lost BOTH of my keys, ugh). I ws really just wondering if anyone had gone through this before and what to expect when i finally do get in touch with tt.

i never had to replace keys but I bought a thermaltake case with broken hinges and they sent me out a couple of replacements for free, no ?s asked. Their support is good but it did take a day or 2 for them to respond. Good luck!
