I think this movie is phenomenal. It truly shows that modern equipment still can't match originality and creativity. Hell, even parts of this film is missing but it's still a great movie. This movie is one of the reasons why I personally enjoy older movies more than current. New movies simply have sh!t getting blown up with cliche fire fights and love scenes, only good for the simple-minded teenyboppers. What did you think of this film if you've seen it?

I LOVED IT!

That is one of my favorite movies of all time. (Edited for all the big babies who are now spoiling it for others with their whining posts)

Great book, BTW.

I cried at the end when she followed him out of Shangrila and died.
Thanks from all of us who haven't seen the movie.

yea

What they said.

Aw, boo hoo! Like half of you would bother to watch or read it anyway. Y'all are just being petty and want to jump down my throat to make yourselves feel like big men or something. He asked what I thought, and I told him. Unless I misunderstand the topic of this thread, it is for people who have already seen the movie. "What did you think of this film if you've seen it?" He can always put "Warning: Spoilers" in the topic.

The move was made in 1937, the book was written before that. It's like a thread about the REAL Hunchback of Notre Dame and me saying I cried at the end, when Esmerelda, her little goat AND Quasimodo all died.

Oops... did I just give the end of that away, too? What, did you all think it had a happy ending?

:p

PS...

If this is really such a big deal, are you all going to edit YOUR posts for the other thousands upon thousands of readers here?

Well, good then. It's not like I meant any harm, I was just answering the question in the original post. I thought my reply was kosher, but I guess not.

I'm always ready to attempt to fix any mistakes I make... I just don't see the point in being a jerk to someone if you think they made a mistake. Unless of course you get some kind of pleasure that way. ?

Who doesn't screw up, unknowingly or otherwise?

Edit:

BTW, I've PMed everyone who pointed out my mistake in this thread by quoting me to please edit their posts if they really care about ruining it for others. Thank you to those who help me rectify my gaff. :)

Thats one old movie that I actually don't like (one that is well liked by most people anyway).

Another movie that is not very well known is So Well Remembered very good British film.
