Glad you want to hop in. You don't really 'join' TeamAnandtech, you just start crunching your favorite project and enter TeamAnandtech as your team of choice when you set up the client (it is a different process for each of the different projects. Then you'll see your scores start to show up under your chosen username in the stats of TeamAnandtech.

We welcome ALL commers and you can consider yourself joined any time you like... with our blessings and lots of :beer: (you have to bring your own babe 😉 )

when you sign up/register for F@H, enter 198 when asked what team you want to join...not sure about other DC clients...
 
I just joined for SETI, i guess i'll just start with that!

EDIT: If i have several rigs, how do i set this up so my one account uses all of them?

When attaching your other computers to a project, the wizard ask if you want to create a new account or to use an existing one. Choose "existing", then add your user name and password (which you created when joining with your first computer), click "OK" and you are done.

What's your C2D build then?
Back in June I upgraded my creaking old XPM @2.5GHz to a E6420 @3.2 GHz with an MSI P6N Plat. 🙂 ,then about 2wks ago I was loaned a Q6600 by a mate which I liked so much I then bought it off him😉.So far I've got that upto 3.2GHz too.
 
If you haven't figure it out already, to join the TeAm for SETI (or any other BOINC based project), use the "your account" link off the project home page, log-in, and then there's a section for team(s). Search for "TeAm Anandtech"
