Lost CD Key for Win98 Upgrade CD...

Gave Win98 to my brother a while back, and when I built him a new computer with Windows XP on it, I took the Windows 98 upgrade CD back, but he lost the cardboard sleeve that the CD Key is printed on. Is there anything I can do to continue to use this Win98 CD? I'd like to give it to a relative because she has Win95 and well, enough said =) But without the key I can't do that. Could I send the disc back to microsoft and have a replacement sent with a new CD Key or something?

I have a sister-in-law that lost her WinXP CD key. After a little phone marathon with M$, she talked to the right people and they gave it to her over the phone.

Maybe I'll try that then... if they want proof that I own it, I can take a picture of the CD and send it to them, lol.
