Lost another Grandmother to heart failure

My grandmother died last week of CHF. She couldn't get enough O2 to her blood stream... she went comatose and passed away. She didn't smoke. On that very day, I quit smoking...

I've only smoked for 3 years, but when both of my grandmothers died of CHF, I realized it's time to quit.... I suggest other smokers do the same. Your more likely to die of heart failure then to cancer.

sorry aout that. mine passed away in the last 2 years aswell.

My maternal Grandfather died a long time ago due to cancer. Most certainly a direct result of his lifetime of cigar smoking which he only quit when I was born.

It's a shame that we as humans get old and body parts wear down and fail. I'm not looking forward to that day myself...

Gulzakar, you have my sympathy.. 🙁

Just lost my grandmother in a car accident last month, she was 83.. wasn't her fault, either. 🙁

My condolences.
