Lost and need Help

Guys , i am willing to buy a new system but i am lost what to buy! i am thinking to buy intel p4 but yet i dont know what mobo to choose. I will buy p41.8 and overclock it, i am confused between intel850 or sis645 chipset " asus p4t-e or soyo p4s dragon ultra ".
I would appriciate a good advice, i dont care about the mobo features as much as i care about the stability in overclocking and overall perfomance and speed.

intel 850 chipset is used with Rambus DRAM (RDRAM), intel 845D chipset is with DDR ram, same as the sis 645 chipset.
so u have totally 2 different memory platform. RDRAM being no too far higher in price now since DDR RAM rise price suddenly become more affordable and is better in high clock speed.
