LOST ALL MY BOOK MARKS

i was playing bf2 quit and then exited out of it and went to the internet and it timed out and all my bookmarks were gone and i even did a system restore for my computer and it didn't help. what can i do and is ther a program were i can back up my bookmarks in firefox from now on?

yeah i know - unfortunately it isn't the first time I just need to find a way to save the bookmarks to disk or cd for safekeeping and restoreing on days like today

weird - all the bookmarks are gone and the weather extension needed to be reset but i go back to all my sites to bookmark and i get auto-logged in -- WEIRD

Install the Bookmark Backup extension. It automatically backs up your bookmarks (and can be set to backup other things like passwords, history, cookies and more) every time Firefox is shut down. It creates a separate folder for each day of the week so you can always go back and find the latest uncorrupted set and import them back into FF.

i just import-export them to IE6.

REGULARLY . . . at least M$ never lost my bookmarks/favourites. :Q

OP - have you tried looking in your "History"? . . . when FF crashed during an update, i still had my History . . . Revisiting the sites over the last 2 weeks allowed me to regain what i hadn't recently backed up.
