Lost a spring on the floor

K, small spring from my chipset cooler flew off. I know its in my room. I've scoured every inch of the floor, searched the trash can, the closets, under the bed... but still cant locate it. What should I do next in my search for the spring?

I need it to install my northbridge cooler.

Found it, was behind a corner of my desk. Turned off the lights and used a flashlight until something reflected back at me, and there it was.
