I think we'll meet Patchy this week. Is that confirmed, or just widely believed?

I'd be thrilled if we never learned another thing about the Others. I was far happier when they were an inscrutable mystery. I don't care about their life, their hopes and dreams, their society or their work. I don't care, I don't want to know, it's just a waste of time when we could be finding out answers to real questions that have been around since day one.

I hope this is a knockout episode. There hasn't been one of those in a while.

I don't know that the Patchy encounter is confirmed, necessarily. We know that it is coming, and it should be this episode, but heaven knows they could drag it out to next week if they wanted to.

Hope they get back to Jack and friends next week. Actually want to know where the hell they were heading, and they stick us with a Kate-ish story.

I'm just glad to have Sayid back in main focus, it's been too long since he tortured someone. (Granted, we have had Jack Bauer filling in for him)

I've learned to not get too excited about any upcoming episode this season after so many unresolved issues and boring story lines. Hopefully they pick up the pace soon because the ratings are tumbling by the minute.

The last 2 episodes have blown goat. If this one sucks too, LOST can consider this audience member LOST.

Starting right now. I have my hopes up based on the previews, but like many I have been disappointed by the previews before.

Maybe I missed something, but what ever happened to the "security system" that they all either forgot about or just don't feel threated by at this point? They just walk around the island as if they only thing to fear is the others.

I don't remember Kate seeing a horse before. But then I probably don't remember most of the 10,000 mysteries proposed in the 2 1/2 seasons so far. LOL
