I just watched every Lost episode from Season 1 episode 1 up until the latest one over the last couple days and I'm all excited about seeing this one. So far imo Michael is a d!ck, Jack used to be cool but now is a pvssy, Ecko is turning into the new Lock, and Lock has really gone downhill (He was my favorite character at first, now Hurley is). There are tons of stupid things about the show (like how no one ever tells anyone anything that they find and such) but it is still entertaining. Season 2 wasn't so hot until the last couple of episodes, now it's getting good.

Oh, and I'm so glad they killed off Anna Garcia. I can't stand Michelle Rodriguez, she can only act one role and that is of some tough, hot, hispanic chic. Fine, but I dunno, I've seen her do it many times before and its just old and played out. I wish they didn't kill Libby though, but whatever. Michael definitely needs to get torchered by Saiyed then killed imo, his boy too. And how could Jack be so absolutely clueless and such a fvcking pushover when Michael was telling him that it could only be those 5 going to take out the others, wtf. We have a bunch of people, we could build an army, but no it has to be done my way with just us 5. Saiyed the soldier can't come, nor Ecko, but yeah bring Hurley.[/q]
lol, it was hard to swallow that jack didn't see that, that was real stupid on the part of the writers, i mean they could have made jack suspicious or even sawyer, and of all people hurley, damn how do u hide jabba, and another thing if anne lucia dies sitting on a sofa and the gun was suppose to be with her then how did that guy get out and get the gun and shoot everybody...oh well that was really hard to swallow, the writers really ruined it there...

If we are to assume the EM pulse brought down the plane, then why do other electronic devices work? Radio's, Hurley's CD player

It didn't fry the plane's electronics, it ripped the tail section off. It wasn't an EMP so much as a huge magnet pulling everything metal towards it.

Just like Accipiter22 said. I doubt there is very much if any steel in a plane. It's going to be aluminum and titanium (which isn't magnetic)

I actually asked an engineer friend of mine, and he confirmed this.....a massive pulse WOULD screw with the instruments...but ripping it in half, no....and the pilots could still manually fly the plane...

You're funny. Be sure to ask your friend how an island can heal people, too. 🙂

I think that Michael and Walt are being sent back to Australia. Remember the flight was from sydney to LAX right (which is NE flight pattern)? 235 degrees= SW.

kelvin = kate's dad =! Zeke = Guy w/ Fake beard = John

I don't think kelvin is kate's dad.

Kelvin is the guy that made Sayid torture the other Iraqi soldier.

In that episode in Iraq, Kelvin talks about his daughter and pulls out a picture of kate.

Henry told him 325, not 235

The guy in that picture is kate's father, but that guy isn't Kelvin.
Kelvin is the guy that made Sayid torure the other Iraqi soldier. You got the two guys confused.

my mistake, you are correct.

I've been hearing that the family of the father and the woman are in the book that was written on Lost, and that Sawyer read on the island. Apparently, that family funded the Dharma Initiative.

And also just to point out, that's kate's Step-Dad, not biological dad....right?

Wasn't the army Dad the step dad and kate killed her real dad?

What about the numbers. Hurley certainly does not like them and they have to have some major significance.
And why are they entered in the computer. Is it some good use of the numbers but does not last.

I thought it was the other way around.
