That guy they have captive in the armory room (the one that Siad beat and Ecko confided in is most CERTAINLY the "He" that the non-bearded-bearded guy was talking about. Its just too easy to see. They are going to let him go somehow (likley through Locke caving in as he folds on the Jack comments). Then all hell will break lose.

Ecko will DEFINATELY be tested again. He's on the righteous path for now but that will be tested heavily with the others... there will be a serious showdown I'm sure.

Claire is annoying. More Kate.

In the REAL world? Anyone would. But for some stupid reason she won't tell them on the show just to drag it out and add another level of complexity.
 
a few more things:

1) Why destroy your medical lab in three weeks? Is Claire that weird?

2) The song the mobile played was the song Claire asked her adoptees to sing to her baby.

3) Ethan is Tom Cruise's cousin in real life.

4) I'm pretty sure that blonde hair chick (the psychologist) is an Other.

5) Ecko is building a church.
 
locke knew gale could hear him...I think his outburst was staged, or he's getting "sick" and isn't thinking straight.

I don't know about that. If you are saying it was planned, would they really want the most important guy in the Dharma group (or at least one of the top) to be taken in like that? JUST incase something happens? It would like our President sneaking into Iraq or something.

"He" (The guy Zeeke talks about) is most likely Degroot or Hanso
 
when mr. ecko gave the hair to the captive, he said something about relaying a message that he was sorry. i took that as either:

a. the captive AND mr ecko are Others. mr ecko is asking the captive to tell the "head" Other that he is sorry he had to kill the two men.

or

b. mr ecko, being a religious man, is sure the captive will be killed soon and is asking him to relay a message to God that he repents.

just tuned in on these threads, how do you know so much? you know all the upcoming info.

i like the show, but i have a feeling the writer/producer is on a limb as this show is being written as it's going along, and its starting to fall apart. like any book can be written with 1 go, its like a dirty draft.
 
i agree... curious as to if locke has fallen for the captives ploy, or if he's just toying with him. if he fell for it... very very disappointed.

 
I think echo knows the group will eventually let the captured Other go. Slicing the hair off his face served as a warning that he'll be watching what he's up to when it happens.

honestly, I liked the episodes from the first season that focused on Jack, Kate, Sawyer, Sun, Jin, Michael more. This year they seem to be focusing on supporting characters, like do we really need a whole Hurley episode?? They're just supporting actors, it's like they're stretching the cast too thin, there's been almost no Jack this season, Sun, Jin, and one sawyer episode? It's like when a character on a show you watch gets pregnant in real life so they just have bits and pieces of them in episodes till they deliver their baby and can start filming full time again....


edit: maybe Eko thought that prisoner was Jesus?

Here's something to think about. In this episode, we saw how claire escaped. She didn't have any sort of fight with Ethan or anything at all. If you remmeber last season when he came back to get her, he had a bunch of scratches on his face. It was assumed then that claire did it, but of course we now know it wasn't. Who got into a fight with Ethan?

Jack got pwned their first fight and, in any case, that was right after she was taken and before the events of Claire's flashback.

I guess you could claim Russo did it on her way back to her hideout as Ethan was passing her to retrieve Claire or something. Or maybe the chick that helped Claire escape did it cause they found out what she did.

Yeah..hrrm. Unless The bearded guy (Now not really beared) was saying "He" will be mad ethan didnt make alist, so maybe he did it. But it seems more like a woman would do that in a struggle.
