yea but they didnt blatently say it was just smoke .. before it looked like it was just part of the monster. the black smoke i thought was fvcking horrible and i hope there is a good explanation

I think so. I also think that Ecko didn't get onto that plane because his borther went instead of him some how. I am beginning to think Ecko went to the island on his own will to retrieve the heroine and find his brother.

People are talking about flashes of pictures in the smoke, but I just stepped through it frame by frame and I don't see anything.. maybe my TV doesn't display enough shades of black to show it.

I thought it was easily the best episode of this season....every other episode was them trapsing through the jungle trying to get home with no real plot progress.

But honestly the cloud of smoke thing....it's like they're crossing over from believable fiction and some sort of Earthly bizarre explanation for the island into the realm of extreme fantasy......I hope that black smoke thing has some sort of explanation that's not too outlandish.....like maybe the machine noises are some sort of system to produce the smoke...but the people in it...that was just freaky.



Note: Is anyone else seeing that the 'mysteries' on the Island aren't part of some plan the writers have? Everyone gets that they're just making this stuff up as they go along with no real direction, that's why nothing ever gets solved or anything like that...not because of plot development, but because the writers don't have a fvcking clue where to go with the show

I saw it... it was when the camera was panning around ecko in a circle I think and went thru the smoke, I definitely saw some kind of images in there.

I'm betting money they are building up to something big for the end of the season concerning the others....as in another character dying but maybe getting Walt back.....maybe just finding out about the others in general

Kate will end up with sawyer because they are both badasses and jack is a bit of a pansy.

Also kate is superhot, possibly because she is a badass.
