Loss of Power during System Restore--now nothing happens!

While doing a system restore on another PC, I lost power. Now, when I try to start it up again, I just get a series of beeps, and that is it. The monitor will not turn on, so I can't get into the BIOS or anything like that.

What can I do now?

Also, This computer is a Dell Precision 220. I'm pretty sure it uses the Phoenix BIOS because you use F2 to enter it during POST.

I do get a beep sequence...it goes 5 beeps--pause--2 beeps--pause--2 beeps--pause--3 beeps

Nevermind guys...used google...found the code for the beeps...fixed the problem...good to go again!
