you need to eat less
you need to exercise
no more bread
no more rice
no more sweet
drink only water preferbly some lime or lemon added to it, and with some salt as well to burn some excess fat
only salty and sour stuff only ^

Lol... don't gloat about it just keep occupied and keep drinkin' water... Anytime you get hungry fill up a bottle of water and chug it and try to kepe occupied, you'll forget about it.

I heard that if you eat a lot you can just stick your finger down your throat and make it come back up. That way you can enjoy the tasty goodness of whatever you desire but you won't gain the calories!

a year ago i was 150 lbs, chubby already now I am 163lbs and I look like a fat man
been drinking too much sodas, i now have diabete as well, can't sleep at night without taking sleeping pills
been eating too much rice, pizza, bread, and even macaroni
too much water is not good either, it makes me very hungry and causes me to eat even more later.

water helps you lose weight. only sugar water makes you hungry. takes load off your liver, less fat conversion.. etc. water is good you dolt u.

STOP DRINKING YOUR CALORIES. worst way to spend your calories really. it doesn't fill ur stomach, and ur brain knows this. it actually encourages your appetite. even diet soda. brain expects munchies right after.

You are wrong on all of them but the exercise...

Most people need to eat MORE, just at different times of the day.
