1200 calorie a day diet shed the 40 in 5 months, so you can do it. Good luck.

1200 calories is not healthy. Especially if you exercising a lot. That's just robbing yourself of vital energy and nutrients.

It depends. Are you doing this to be a "real" 200 pounder on any given day after June 1 or is there a specific "weigh in" day on June 1 where you need to be 200 pounds. If there is a weigh in day, then yes without a doubt you can do it. Basically you could lose 15-20 pounds in 30 days and then on May 31 you sit in a suana with trash bags on and don't drink anything. You'll lose an easy 10 pounds of water weight for you weigh in. If you want to lose 30 pounds the healthy weigh and you are 230 now, I say nope, you can't do it. But I hope for your sake you can.

Good luck tubby! 😉

This and some moderately intense aerobic activity and you could easily drop 30lbs. In my experience you can eat however much you are hungry for if it's GOOD food as long as you're getting in some good exercise (I run for about 1/2 hour 3-5 times a week).

Starving yourself and adding in exercise isn't the way to go. Your body will lower it's metabolism and you won't be doing yourself any favors. Exercise in the morning to up your metabolism and have a big breakfast.
