losing mid and lower body weight?

By mid and lower Im assuming torso and legs? Honestly cardio would be your best bet. Yes, you can do crunches and other excercises to firm muscle (which you should), and dead lifts or other ones for legs, but once muscles are firm you still have a layer of fat to get rid of. Only cardio 4-6 times/week can burn that off.

If your refering to fat when you mean bodyweight then no.

You can not 'pick' what areas to lose weight from (spot reduction). BUT you can better develop/ focus on which areas to focus muscle development on = give the illusion you are less fat i that area.

Squats, deadlifts and incline sit ups will help you focus development in your required areas. This will definately give you the illusion that your less fat in those areas. BUT if your eating is not great you will still have that fat.

You will need to limit your junk food, sweets, chocolates, cakes, BEER and FIZZY DRINKS habits.

Controlling what you eat and weights and cardio or intervals will help you lose weight overall.

You can't spot reduce. Concentrate on building more muscle in those regions, be strict with your diet, and DO CARDIO!

stop drinking empty calories.
eating calories is more filling.
as said, spot reduction is impossible. increase muscle mass, cardio, weights. increase metabolism.
