Just built a new office desktop with Windows 10 last week. Every 15 minutes or so the system will lose focus and, e.g., when opening a new Chrome tab, my typing is not recognized. Even though the Chrome window visually appears to be in focus, it is not registering my key presses. I am not running any extraneous apps. My taskbar is basically empty (showing Intel HD Graphics, Onenote, and Safely Remove Hardware).
I noticed a similar issue on my home desktop after upgrading to Win 10, where Netflix sometimes doesn't recognize the spacebar / up and down keys even though the video is full screen.
Any suggestions?
