Hey,
My gf is going on a trip for two weeks and I'd like to lose a noticible amont of weight while she's gone - any ideas? I'm commited to a long term weight loss plan (weight watchers plus working out every day) but would like to shock her a bit if possible..
Thanks!

I'm not too experienced with losing weight, but I'd say losing a "noticeable amount" in two weeks is pretty tough. :p

You might be able to lose SOME weight but a noticable amount is pretty much out of the question.

Damn.. I was considering one of those "48 hour" diets or something.. Hmm.. Oh well.. .Guess it's off to the garage to shop of a limb (my arm should be atleast 10 pounds and it would be pretty noticeable)

Depends what you define as losing a lot of weight. I general it's not healthy to loss a lot of weight over such a short period of time.

Dude - just run everyday for like 2hours. And avoid bread like the plague! Or better yet, run!

Bread? Why?

More like avoid soda and candybars.

Those 48 hour miracle diets just make you shed a lot of water weight. The most you can lose healthily(is that a word?) is like 2.5lbs/week...

If you lose 5 pounds and work out, you can look like you lost 10.

Lift weights, run, repeat.
