lose internet connection every 30 minutes

can anybody help me?


i lose my internet connection every 30 minutes. it will be okay after i restart it again. 30 minutes later, same problem. anyone has the same problem? can help me?

it would be helpful to you if you gave us more details, ISP? LAN? etc ...
