Three or four jackasses in a stolen import sedan have been driving around Westlake / Rampart district for hours now, being followed by copters and police. One of the guys keeps hanging out the window gesturing at passing cars and pedestrians.
Unfortunately it's a pretty benign chase; they're just driving around at moderate speeds. No crazy 100+mph suicide runs like we've seen in the past. I wonder if we can borrow Canada's tank to stop it.
