I just happen to walk into my local strawberries and saw they have LOTR3 for $9.99 after a $10 mail in rebate. If you don't mind the reabate i think this is the lowest price around.

There should be a LOTR trilogy box set with all the cinematic versions out in the near future as well. $15.99 at CC with free popcorn still seems pretty decent.

This is already out. They had it at BB on Tuesday when I got ROTK.

Anyone know when the Extended Edition (4? DVD set) is due for release.

I've got the EE of the first 2; it'd seem a shame to get the GRAND FINALE in the lame-o "regular edition".

Have to wonder if they'll do a "extended edition box set" eventually. Since I haven't bought any. buying the 3 seperately is $90, so maybe they'll do it for $75. Course, I'm probably dreaming and they'll put in some dumb figurine and charge $120.

This does include FYE stores as well as Strawberries stores, Coconuts stores, Saturday Matinee stores, and any other store that falls under Trans World Entertainment's retail branch.

You do have to cut out the original UPC from the paper cover inside the DVD case to be eligible for the rebate, and any product that doesn't have an original UPC cannot be returned. No photocopies accepted. Good deal if you're willing to cut it up.
