"Looting" or "Finding"?

Simple really:

Looting = Stealing sh!t like TV's & jewelery in a disaster regardless of your color
Finding = Stealing sh!t like food, water & survival supplies in a disaster regardless of your color.

I'm probably one of the few that thinks this way, but oh well.

So I'm assuming those two guys riding around bikes inside the Walmart won't looting....

Seeing how it's kinda hard to ride a bike underwater, I'd consider that looting. But hey, I may be wrong and they stole them to try and get the hell out of there.

There are plenty of areas not under water. There are parts of N.O. that aren't in the "bowl" either. You might want to crack open an atlas once in a while or, perhaps, tune in to the news for a bit.

Actually, one of the few areas above water is a hotel I stayed in back in June (it's right next to the building where DirectNIC is still running)

They have a webcam but it's not pointed outside right now (a bit on the dark side out there)
